Avocado oil,good sea salts...
the avocado oil is good for you and adds a nice buttery taste some of the other oils can't add. Different sea salts add different flavors, have one fleur de sel with herbs de provence that is nice. Rosemary is nice. All sorts of peppers - black, mixed, white, cayenne, chili powder blends, of course grated cheeses like parmesan, romano or OH Pecorino! But I am on a blue cheese kick and saw Michael Chiarello putting very finely grated frozen blue cheese on a salad - sounds like one to try on popcorn! Just made a blue cheese melt to dip homemade chips in yesterday and OMG was is wonderful!
OH - forgot - after vacation this summer I fell in love with Old Bay/Phillip's crab seasoning and put some on popcorn and it was great - loved the celery flavor.
