Ina Garten's Filet of Beef Tenderloin
Gorgonzola Sauce
Wild Mushroom Ragout in Puff Pastry Shells
Shrimp Stuffed Potatoes
Dessert (as of yet unamed) - Possibly Flan and/or Cathy Z's Flourless Chocolate Cake
