I have made and served all of these EXCEPT for the Streusel CC Bread Pudding & that one I've only
eaten after watching it being made in a cooking class. FYI, my note in the margin on that Streusel CC BP was "Delicious!"
2 tell U the truth, I'd completelyforgotten about the Streusel CC recipe, but thx to your request for BP recipes, cheezz, I have run across it and have now pulled it to make for my family over the Xmas holidays this yr.
I know I posted the Eggplant rec eons ago (probably bk on Gail's original site) and somebody wrote me how good it was. If memory serves, he said his wife was a fussy eater or maybe it was that she didn't especially like BP recipes, but even she asked for seconds on that savory one!
I am not sure if the Frittata (It. omelet) actually passes as a bread pudding recipe, but I noticed it while perusing my class recipe file and since it had croutons in it, I decided to include it with the others I typed out here yesterday. I've made it and all the rest B4. The Rum Raisin one is a favorite.
I tried searching for all these RECs back on the Old Gail's forum, but finally decided it was easier to just re-enter them all!
