What to spend a $75 Williams Sonoma gift card on...

I have two different sized burners and it is not a problem--I just turn one higher than the other,

but my stove is gas. It's great for tortillas. I've never made English muffins.

I have two Creusets which I do love. Maybe a spiral slicer. Ooooh, now it's getting to be fun!

I've never cooked Thai at home. Here is the menu.

Chicken Satay with Spicy Peanut Sauce – Perfect Phad Thai – Spicy Shrimp Simmered in Basil – Fried Bananas with Coconut Ice Cream.

I'll report back after the class. I'm not fond of shrimp but expect I could sub another protein when cooking for myself and DH.
