why is it difficult to find new peach recipes? They are here and now and wonderful. I am buying them

I'm enjoying a lovely peach dessert right now: Citrus pound cake, grilled peach, ginger ice cream &

a tuile almond cookie.

A simple peach juice reduction is plated around it all.
I'm in summer heaven.

Froze 11 whole and have eaten through all but 5 peaches of 25#

between Dh and I! Expecting to finish the last 5 hand-into-mouth today and/or tomorrow. No flour, sugar or butter needed! Colleen

 
I am working my way through these but an inspiration tonight led me to a Peach Margarita. WOW

This may be the best cocktail I have ever had. (and I've had a few)

I did tequila:lime:triple sec 3:1:1 plus 1 chopped peach and then upon tasting, added a drop more triple sec and lots of ice. I didn't blend it but the peach flavour still made its way through.

hmmm. I think I may sleep well tonight.
