cranberry curd feeling certain I won't be having any more until next November. If I can snag some I will make some & freeze it.
I just had a bit on top of sliced bananas, but had to leave one spoonful in the jar...

 
I'm embarrassed to say I recently found out you can almost always use frozen (unthawed) where

fresh are called for. They do not collapse and exude lots of juice when cooked or baked like many other frozen berries. My health-food store sells frozen cranberries year-round, so you could check those in your own neighborhood.

On the other hand, the closest I get to Meyer lemons is magazine pictures ...

weather. We were down at my dad's in San Anselmo on Mon/Tues and while we were there the streetlight came crashing down and narrowly missed my car parked in front of his house.
