With all the talk about Meyer Lemons, I found this site loaded with recipes...

! Good idea ! I was thinking to use some of my Meyers Lemons (sorry Shaun) to make some curd.

I'll have to go out tomorrow for some eggs.

Oh that's OK, Luisa. I'm not sensitive. Hey, we have snow! Do you know how many delicious things you

can make with snow? Maple syrup taffy on snow. Mmmm! Snow ice cream. Yum-meee! There's even snow muffins! I kid you not -- google it! Ha! Can't make those in the Land of Meyer Lemons, can you? (I know the recipe says you can scrape the frost out of your freezer, but really, who has frosty freezers in 2010? And it's not at all the same. I know, I've tried it.)

Well (hiding head in shame) I do have a frosty freezer (30 plus years old)

Yellow snow??? (and not the good kind...)
