my oven is small (I have just an electric Breville oven), so I will need to use a smaller type of pan.
I think I'll make it in my 8 x 13 pan, lining it with parchment paper - I made some lemon bars not too long ago that worked very well with the parchment
I also thought about going a different route, and making small portions in a large 6-muffin pan. However, for a lab meeting situation, I think the rectangular option will be better
I am DEFINITELY making it on Monday...
