You eat more salt in bread than in potato chips? I think not...

I have a recipe where you just put water & shortening (or lard) and heat in microwave

then pour in dry ingredients, knead briefly, then LET REST. The secret is they are easier to roll with a very small diameter rolling pin. They have these at Mexican grocers for just a couple of bucks.
