Trust me I tried trimming off all the UGLY and it was still pretty scary, been there a while!!

Nan, next time try washing the mold off- I sometimes even scrub a bit with a

green scrubby to get the mold off- unless you have a Brie rind or something like that, you can just wash the cheese. I do this then dry, process and dump into the freezer bag.
