What are your favorite dishes from the swap over the years?

This is a good thread to revisit on this topic:

A few that I can think of off the top of my head:
Gretchen's Pulled Pork
Richard's cranberry relish
Pat's spicy nuts

There are so many that I have made over the years, I will have to look up some of the others. I know I have made a number of Michael's recies, Joe's and Charlie's as well as many others!! Would love Grethen's sausage and corn chowder recipe!

DH had to have a procedure today, so I took my laptop along, thinking this would be a good project while I waited to take him home.
Many more than 10! Asterisks indicate on very regular rotation, all are T&T true faves for me when needed.

Let's sort of make this a trip down memory lane as well as inspiration for 2025. What are your favorite dishes of all time from the swap? The things that are in regular rotation or that you constantly use?

I thought about it tonight as I made Cathy Z's Mexican cornbread. My husband absolutely loves it and every time I make it to take somewhere, everyone wants the recipe. These are just a few that come to me off the top of my head, will have to look through my printed copies to remember others and find exact names and the contributors of them.

Cathy Z's Mexican cornbread
Buffalo chicken dip
Richard's spaetzle
Gretchen's sausage corn chowder
IIRC Charlie's (AZ or NM) brie kisses or something like that
Traca's candied bacon toffee
Pat's zucchini bread
Richard's Berlin spiced meatballs
Richard's German meatballs in caramelized onion sauce
Joe's anchovy puffs (gougere)L

Oh so many!

Knock You Naked Brownies
Joe’s Cassoulet
Steve 2’s sweet potato biscuits
Susan in Kentfield’s mustard glazed corned beef, her mom’s slow cooked sherry duck, Guinness braised chuck Steaks with Horseradish Mashed Potatoes
Evelyn’s biriami
Curried couscous with dried cranberries
Robbin’s family salad
Cranberry swirl coffee cake
Blue cheese broiled tomatoes
Butternut chicken scalloppine
Barney’s heart attack garlic bread
Baked apple oatmeal
Potato chive cakes
Dolmathakia
Cathy Z’s garlic roast chicken
Goat Cheese Gnocchi
Marc’s baked eggs in ham cups
Marc’s Butterscotch Crème Brulee
Peking duck broth with Asian wontons
Bruschetta with roasted peppers and goat cheese
Bomb Bomb's Eggplant Rolatini
Luisa's eggplant hors d'ourves

There are more, but this us what I have made the last ~30 years on regular rotation.

That's a great question.

(Do you all realize that we made history back then? I believe we were the first interactive Q&A/message board for exchanging recipes hosted by a commercial entity, Epicurious.)

Several come to mind:

Joe Corsi's Spinach Lasagna
Dawn's Creamy Chicken Enchiladas
Sandra's Chile Verde
Kathy Z's Roast Chicken with Garlic, White Wine and Soy Sauce
Festive Cookie Trees (author unknown)
Charlie's (the real one) Chicken Francese
Steve Donner's BBQ Ribs
Steve Donner's Green Chile Country-style Ribs
Moyn and Jeff Smith's Mojo Marinade
Richard's Mushroom Lasagna

And that's really just scratching the surface. I'm sure I'll remember a few more...
