Another light bulb moment. This one about cutting celery

After you wash a whole head of celery don't just pull one or two stalks off. Trim the entire top of the celery then start cutting or chopping from the top down. Not stalk by stalk, the whole head. Works like a charm and as the celery gets shorter it is easier to store. Great tip!
