I have never even thought of roasting wedges of cabbage but I suspect I might like this. I do enjoy it with onions and bacon, but what else and how long in the oven at what temp. I can imagine this would work well with a pork roast. hmmm maybe a paste of garlic, onions, bacon fat, parsley..........Wondering if gujuanjang (sorry for the sp) sauce might be good too, with a side of rice.
