I once again wowed folks on the weekend with Sandra's recipe for Chili Verde. I have made this recipe many many times and and we enjoy it every single time. This past weekend we attended a small skating party and were to bring a crockpot full of chili. The host said to "make it interesting". I knew instantly what I would be bringing; Sandra's Chili Verde.
Needless to say, a big hit. Numerous people came to me at the party and conspiratorily said that mine was "the best by a mile". So, I got to thinking about "Sandra in London" to whom I am so grateful for this recipe and decided to track her down. I am amazed and pleased to see that she is here (now as Sandra in New York) as are so many other familiar names. Hello to all you old time Gail's Forumites. I have many of your recipes safely recorded as the treasures they are.
For those who have not yet tried this particular recipe, you will see it's been posted to the Pork T&T Hall of Fame, where it so rightly belongs. Do give it a try.
Thanks Sandra...all the best.
