ah...you got to love science! Thanks for this although it will be a while before I dedicate two days to Swiss Buttercream, no matter how tasty it is.

I’m looking daily online for a used or refurbished bigger ka with specificallya dc motor for smb. Because I’m not going to let smb beat me, lol.😂

I seem to remember you were trying for a dark shade of blue and could only achieve a lighter shade--cupcakes?? (OR I could be crazy 😂)

Yes! While making this cake I wanted more variation of blues, but couldn’t easily get there. I wanted three distinct shades.
