Cream cheese/beet tea sandwiches

Caprese Skewers

The sugarless cookies were awful - wouldn't make them again, although it helps a tiny bit to cover them with chocolate smileys/smile.gif

The tea sandwiches were just cream cheese mixed with finely shredded pickled beets -- it makes a nice pink color and you get that sweet tang.

Glad you enjoy, Cheezz! I've got a new bottle of BB Wine waiting on one of these. Might have to make it for my DH for Valentine's Day. ha

 
These are TDF!!! My family NEEDS these every year at Christmas! lol

Though they're good enough for any time of year! I'd make them more often but then I'd eat them and I don't dare! lol
