I'm thinking they would be yummy in lieu of candied oranges in the candied orange pecan biscotti recipe.
I have a box and I am not afraid!
Just wondering though if anyone has done it. My thought is to cut them in half but am unsure if I should scoop out the flesh or just leave it??
