terrific events. I would enjoy spreading the love...and helping you realize a dream. Truly, if you can make it, the seat is yours. (My dining guests are a fascinating bunch, including a food packaging designer, an on camera reporter for PBS, a movie music composer (with 2 Emmies and has worked on movies you likely know), etc. They'd welcome you with open arms, I promise!

If you can't make it, I promise I'll take a TON of photos in your honor.

Oops- were you referring to the smoked salmon cheesecake? I answered re the layered torte-see inside

The smoked salmon cheesecake can certainly be sliced- that is the way I serve it. I slice with a metal guitar string to get thin slices. This cheesecake is so delicious! I hope you try it. I serve with either crackers, lavosh, pita crisps or toasted baguette slices.

The comments about the eyes crack me up. I really want to do this and am going to give it a try, depending upon a few things, such as, can I get a fish, and can I find a way to poach it!
