Holy Burgers! To cook burgers fast and thoroughly, stick your finger in the middle to make a hole. It will cook more evenly and won’t puff up in the middle. Plus, you’ll never have to wonder if it’s too pink in the center ever again! (Hole pretty much closes up when cooking.)
