Dawn, these are pretty much the same as Mexican Wedding Cookies...

Here is THE BEST Mexican Wedding Cookie recipe. I have made this recipe many times and people just go crazy over it. I think the secret to the melt in your mouth texture is the cake flour and powdered sugar in the dough.
