I think my baking mojo is broken. or holiday mojo. I have a list that I just stare at. change.

Paradise macaroons, lemon macarons, chocolate macarons, wildly wicked cookies, rich rolled cookies, Italian filled cookies, Swedish ginger cookies, gun cookies (actually spritz bar cookies), chocolate chip, black and whites

 
I have that recipe book and the pastry chef hand-piping the filling so each little edge was rounded

was a bit OCD even for me.
