ISO: ISO New ideas for blue cheese? I usually just eat it with fruit or on top...

In Search Of:
Try it on a pizza, Blue Cheese, Plum tomatos, fresh basil on flat bread.

I just drizzle some olive oil on the bread, add
the ingredients and stick it in the oven until the cheese melts. mmmmmm great snacking food.

 
My Mistake

It is Olivier Blue Cheese and Caramelized ONION oil. Sorry. you don't really see big pieces of onion in it. We sell it at WS but I think Sur La Table sells Oliver oils also. It is so good poured over this spread that I will never make it without it again. I made my recipe at work one day and everyone that tasted it ended up buying the oil.
