What a nice thing you did! I am sure it was lots of bonding time with your sis and the girls. You

created a life experience for them and I am sure lots of fun memories of their senior trip. I can't IMAGINE a week camping with 30 kids!!! Great job!

Agree w/ others, should be added to menus, can you clarify, what was make ahead (At home_) vs. at the camp site. These look like wonderful recipes!

We got about 15 lbs of tri-tip for $90 at Costco and used it for 2 meals
