Looking for new appetizer ideas with the holidays approaching

I flipped through this list and found a few interesting ones. I would have appreciated if the site had noted how the items should be served...hot/cold/room/doesn't matter. I have to take some to a party where the one oven might be crowded.

Maria, could you post your nephew's cranberry chicken salad bruschetta recipe? This sounds divine. TIA!
My niece, his wife, just emailed how she makes it. It’s the first thing I go for when it’s on the table:

Simmer 2 cups of port wine & 2 cups dried cranberries with 2 cinnamon sticks. Simmer until wine is thick & syrupy. Almost evaporated. Then in a bowl add the cranberries to 2 cooked & chopped up chicken breasts & add mayonnaise to creamy consistency. Serve on toasted bruschetta with a little smear of cream cheese. We always top with a sprinkle of chopped parsley.

I’ll add that the bread is toasted, but these are not served hot, so they can be brought to a party without need of an oven.
