the huge bag of Main lobster shells out to add to the LARGE local lobster we had last night.
I made thermidor (with a side of fried breadfruit, spring onions and arugula from the garden..love saying 'from the garden')
And today I am boilingn up a stock to make lobster bisque....which I guess will be returned to the freezer until the right moment arrives to make the soup.
So my freezer is still over loaded!!!
