Pat - your coconut biscotti is FABulous!!! But... a lot of them just crumbled before baking...

I tried 3 different knives and it didn't seem to matter. Did I perhaps not bake them long enough in step one? The ones that crumbled were near the centers.

The directions were very clear and these were SO easy - will keep the recipe in my "best" file smileys/smile.gif
