Sandwich dilemma....need sandwiches to serve 20

Hmmm... I've thought of it before so I MUST look into it!

Except I wouldn't be reselling anything...so that's probably a different form.

We don't have burrito shack, but I get the idea smileys/smile.gif Is parchment better than plastic or waxed paper?

What a great board! Thank you ALL for the great suggestions...I think after I dive in, I'll be fine!

chopped or sliced radishes are also good in cream cheese wraps for crunch that won't get soggy soon

Don't use plastic wrap, the tortillas will get soggy. I haven't tried

wax paper, but you could just test one out and see. The parchment paper works great for me and I have squares of it already cut out, so it's easy to use. Don't use coleslaw mix in them because it will get soggy. Let us know what you decide to do.

I had the very best ham sandwich from the train station in Montreal -

I still think about it years later...

They'll hold up, but "well" is a subjective term...

I've done turkey-waldorf salad croissants that held up for many hours, but the overnight is your big drawback...the fats from all dressing ingredients will affect the veggies adversely...

Nope, just grateful for the wonderful servants we have who serve with cheerful hearts smileys/smile.gif
