State dinner at WH features Asheville chef

Curate is an excellent restaurant. Visitors to town should definitely try it...you can sit at the bar without reservations during lunch.
I've posted a few of her recipes here: the roasted beet salad is a winner and the celery root dish is another of my favorites.
