Please try sending a private message to someone using this exact method:
- Click on "Private Messages" in the upper right-hand menu.
- Click on "New Message"
- Send a message to someone by manually typing in their username (make sure you spell it right) in the box under "- - or enter a username - -". Do NOT select their name from the list.
- Send message. Report back.
Please only respond to this thread if you have performed this exact test.
Please don't respond if you've tried this in the past and it didn't work, I need to know if it works NOW.
