Wow, you really did move uptown...

are you in one of those huge big pre-War palatial apartments with all the woodwork, French doors, etc? I've been in several of those and they are so wonderful. Of course, the kitchen is still the size of a postage stamp as it is in any NYC apartment though.

Will need a full report on Hungarian Pastry Shop! With photos hopefully! smileys/wink.gif

May can be lovely....

or it can be brutally hot!

I make trips to NYC for the Kips Bay Show House, which tends to be in May, and we have had some nasty hot, humid visits.

On the other hand, it can be cool and rainy. You pays your money and takes your chances!
