I'm posting this as a sticky here in the main forum for now: If you find a post/thread with an internal link that is not working, post it here. It will get fixed.

These would be any links that start with https: //eat.at , https: //finkerkitchens.com , https: //recipeswap.org/ that don't click through to the correct place.

Another good place to look is the optional posts that this sweet search engine posts below your current search. It goes WAY back to 2006 and there might be broken links in there. Check it out! Get in on the snipe hunt!

this is an offsite link so we have no control over it. But I looked online and found other sites linking to the video and it doesn't work on other sites either. But I'm updating that thread with a YT version that is similar.

it was broken here and on the CI site so I updated it with what I believe is the correct article on CI

Slantedwindows link is broken in this. May be too old or something. I get a Chinese 404 error message. That worried me.

looks like the site doesn't exist any more and the domain was taken by a Chinese company. I updated the page with the latest capture that I could find on archive.org.

Hi there,
While searching for the NYT Gazpacho recipe, I saw a recipe for Cathy Z's gazpacho salad and thought it sounded interesting, alas broken link.

Nice gazpacho switch up from the NYT Gazpacho posted here years ago.

I've been making that gazpacho for years and decided it was time for a change. It's quite good. I used a little less olive oil and omitted the chile as our friend's 4 year loves gazpacho but doesn't love heat. Will serve with hot sauce on the side. From CI. I didn't strain it, I hate to lose...

Speaking of Gazpacho.... One of my favorites this time of year, is Cathy's Gazpacho Salad

This is such a pretty presentation, served in a glass bowl. I add some hot hungarian peppers for some additional kick. ((Thx again Cathy for rec)) MODERATOR EDIT: Link to original rec: I like the menu posting idea too. Here is one from a beach party for 50 I threw for my DH's birthday

Paul, I just did my first broken link swap. It was from Richard in Cincy and included a Finer Kitchen link and below that a link for a sausage company.

I found the FK link first and replaced it and Yay! GREAT! It worked...but the secondary (sausage) link (no pun intended) turned into chinese characters and when I clicked on that, it was ALL chinese characters with a countdown.

I deleted that and found valid link for the sausage company, but what did I do wrong??? Screen snapshot below shows what it looked like:
