Foods, Spices, Herbs - Which ones are on your hate list? I HATE cloves and ricotta cheese. I'm sure

There's a street fair going on outside the shop today and I just had a taste of Korean Kimchi. YUCK!

Swiss cheese is delicious and to prevent us from having too much of a good thing? haha ~ Limburger

is good but it hides itself in smell to prevent us from having too much of a good thing~~ hahahahaha

Love them both and both with salami on light rye bread with mayo

Ooooh...that does it for me. I'd always wanted to go in to Adams Morgan

in the District to one of those Ethiopian restaurants and eat with that bread (inja??) but not now smileys/frown.gif

Trouble is, some things just aren't right without it. I have some in my

refrigerator which is wrapped, bagged and re-jarred so as not to contaminate the atmosphere! It helps that it is so rotten that it lasts forever!!! I won't have to throw it out until I move.

What about canned spinach! I couldn't believe that raw fresh spinach was even the same vegetable.

Ethiopian bread... imagine chewing on an old kitchen sponge that hasn't been disinfected in awhile

same texture... and before that I would NEVER have believed there could be a bread in the world that I didn't love.

I'm with Elenor, but Kalamata and Greek olives are definitely different from yuckie black olives

I'm happy to say I've never tasted canned spinach. I'm scared of it after all the Popeye cartoons

I watched as a child.

I don't really like frozen spinach either--it's all stems.

I've found that the triple-washed young spinach at Costco is pretty well stemmed, and you can dump it straight from the bag into boiling water for quiche, stuffings, etc.
